Great location

The location of this property was amazing, just off the path from downtown Amalfi without needing to climb up many stairs/incline. My husband and I were able to Enjoy the downtown of Amalfi without being in the loud atmosphere.

The apartment was so clean and spacious. The grounds are beautiful and so nice to have a pool there if you have time. Our unit had a private patio which was so beautiful and peaceful in the mornings for an espresso. The location is so perfect! So so close and walkable but not in the midst od the madness - like 30 seconds outside of it. SO key! We walked to dinner every night and made so easy for our transfer to capri because the port is probably an 8 minute walk. We brought oversized backpacks, which I’d recommend in Europe if you can because of all the cobblestone streets and stairs. Amalfi is a great home base to see the amalfi coast - close to Positano, Ravello, capri, etc. would definifely stay here again! Vincenzo was such a magnificent host. SO helpful and had many great suggestions for us! He even made a reservation at a restaurant we had told him we wanted to try. 10/10 recommend!

From the excellent communication with our host, to the attention to every detail, we enjoyed our stay with Amalfi lofts. The apartment is so meticulously kept, with absolutely nothing lacking, including a lovely welcome basket, and small touches like plenty of coffee, bathroom tissue, and a fully equipped kitchen. It was nice to not have to rush out and find a market when we arrived. The biggest surprise though, was how well the air conditioning handled a very hot spell in August—amazing. Highly recommend

We stayed here for over a week. The pool was clean and refreshing during the hot days in July. The apartment was clean and well maintained. I appreciated the snack basket and a bottle of wine. The staff was responsive and courteous.

Great loft unit with a full kitchen and a private patio and pool access. Property was walkable to everything and very convenient. Giuseppe, welcomed us to the unit and really was helpful.

Really enjoyed our stay. The staff went above and beyond to help us when our ferry got canceled (special thanks to Samantha!). Thanks also to Giuseppe for the warm welcome and Vincenzo for the great communication. Location is perfect - just outside the bustle but still steps from the main commercial areas. Pool was very clean, as were the accommodations, which were spacious. The washing machine is a plus as well!

We loved the location. A dip in the pool after a day of sightseeing or hiking was so wonderful. The private terrace was great for morning coffee or an afternoon nap. Our hosts were very responsive and helped to get us to the Path of the Gods for an early morning hike. Thank you for an excellent holiday.
Fantastic private property in Amalfi

There are no words to describe how wonderful this private, yet conveniently located, property is in the heart of Amalfi coast. Our loft was super clean and well-stocked with towels, utensils, and coffee. We loved a super private patio in the back with a dining table and lounging chairs and were so grateful for the swimming pool to escape the mid-afternoon heat. The beds were comfortable, we were never disturbed by the neighbors, and Vincenzo was a perfect host. We got help with everything from arranging pick up cars to/from Naples to getting our luggage up the stairs to the loft. We loved our welcome basket and mid-stay cleaning service and change of linens and towels. We will definitely book this property on our next stay in Amalfi. Molto grazie!
Loft with Private Terrace Description
This loft is part of the Amalfi Residence complex and features a large private terrace and use of the residence’s pool.
The Amalfi Residence pool is the only outdoor swimming pool located in the center of Amalfi, only a 5 minute walk from the beach, bus stop, ferries and close to shops, restaurants, bars and everything the center of Amalfi has to offer.
The apartments are excellently maintained, self-catering, and fully equipped with air conditioning, heating, high speed internet, dishwasher, washing machine, flat screen satellite television, and more.
The apartment has one bedroom with a king bed (this bed can be separated into two single beds), a living/dining room with a double sofa-bed, and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms: one full bathroom with shower and one half bathroom.
The crown jewel of this apartment is the private terrace furnished with a table, sun loungers, and reclining outdoor chairs. This peaceful retreat is an ideal escape from the bustle of Amalfi’s old town.
The loft is set on the third floor of a historic building at the top of 55 easy steps.
The pool is open daily (10 a.m. to 7 p.m.) from March 28th to the first week of November, weather permitting.
Ample outdoor spaces that are elegant.
Larger groups might consider booking two (or more) Loft apartments, along with the Le Volte apartment (also part of the residence) and/or the Cartiera apartment (just across the road).
Parking space is available starting from Euro 35 per day, per car (depending on the size car and period).

The loft is located in the center of Amalfi, about 350 meters from Piazza del Duomo, the Cathedral of Sant'Andrea, the port, and the beach.
Shops, boutiques, and artisan workshops selling local specialties like limoncello, handmade Amalfi paper, and ceramics from Vietri are just steps away. There are also excellent restaurants, pastry shops, and cafés located within walking distance.
Guests can catch ferries, buses, and taxis near the port, a quick walk from the apartment, to easily explore the other destinations along the coast and the islands (Capri, Ischia).
